Yes we can! With The Ace, we can do all of the heavy lifting, including the research, making selective recommendations and the bookings, for our clients. We still start with an intro call to learn more about your vision and needs for that particular trip and will put together a custom proposal based on how much support you need.

We can book as much or as little as you need including your accommodations, day trips, excursions, activities, transfers, dinner reservations. We have connections, suppliers and Local Tastemakers globally to plan and book your trip to perfection. Please note our team is unable to book flights but we are happy to connect you with our preferred flight desk that can book flights for an additional fee.

If you're looking to complete and manage all of your own bookings, our other services are a great option as we will provide curated, pared-down recommendations and/or a personalized itinerary for you to book yourself!

The Architect is your quick hitter for curated insider recommendations. You’ll fill out our Travel Questionnaire so we know about your travel style, budget and preferences and we’ll put together a tailored-to-you list of recommendations.

You can choose to receive recommendations on Food + Bev (restaurants, cafes, bars, lounges), Stays (boutique hotels, B&Bs, inns) and/or Experiences (suggested activities and things to explore).

Your Tastemaker will put together a personalized PDF in ~5 days or less.

Either before or after you purchase The Maven, you’ll fill out The CC Travel Questionnaire. Whether you’re just starting to research your trip or putting the finishing touches on your itinerary, we highly encourage you fill out the questionnaire. The more your Tastemaker knows about your travel style and dreams for this trip, the more tailored their recommendations will be!

You will then set up a 45-min virtual consultation with your Local Tastemaker. Your time together can be spent covering anything you want to discuss about your trip, such as logistics (trains, planes + automobiles), local customs and culture, things you absolutely shouldn’t miss while visiting, or feedback on your trip outline.

Following your consult, your Tastemaker will put together a curated Destination Document including their notes, recommendations that were discussed and any follow-up notes from your meeting.

With The Maven, you also have access to The CC’s insider perks such as room upgrades, complimentary breakfast for two, spa and food & beverage credits and more for certain hotels.

Our turnaround time for The Maven is ~7 days.

Either before or after you purchase The Boss, you’ll fill out The CC Travel Questionnaire which will serve as a base to build off of in your meeting with your Tastemaker. Whether you’re in the initial planning phase or elbow-deep in research, we highly encourage you fill out the questionnaire. The more your Tastemaker knows about your travel style and dreams for this trip, the more tailored your itinerary will be!

You will then set up a 45-min virtual consultation with your Tastemaker to discuss your trip goals and put together a basic trip outline that you’re excited about. If your Tastemaker throws some exciting alternatives your way, you can absolutely take some time to research and make a decision on your final trip outline before they move forward.

Our Tastemaker will then get to work curating a daily itinerary for your trip including personalized recommendations for accommodations, restaurants, day trips, experiences, tours, activities, logistics, transfers and more. Our team will typically recommend 2-4 accommodation options that fit your budget and travel style; we will do the research to ensure your recommended accommodations have availability for your travel dates and will include clickable links to easily book all accommodations and excursions.

With The Boss, you also have access to The CC’s insider perks such as room upgrades, complimentary breakfast for two, spa and food & beverage credits and more for certain hotels.

Our turnaround time for The Boss is ~2 weeks as they are very detailed and created just for you!

Either before or after you purchase The Ace, you’ll fill out The CC Travel Questionnaire, which serves as a base to build off of in your consultation. Our goal is to maximize our time together and the more we know about your travel style and vision for this particular trip, the better the experience will be!

You will then set up a 45-min virtual consultation with our founder, Kalyn Salinas, as your Lead Tastemaker to discuss your trip goals and put together a basic trip outline that you’re excited about. If Kalyn throws some interesting options your way, you can absolutely take time to research and make a decision on your final trip outline before moving to the itinerary-building phase.

Kalyn will then work with a local network of Tastemakers, suppliers and networking contacts to build your initial itinerary and curate options for accommodations, activities and excursions, day trips, restaurants, experiences, transfers and more. Once that itinerary has your stamp of approval, we will take action and make the bookings. For any flights that occur during your trip, we will assist in researching flight options for you (as that is a key part of building a seamless itinerary) however our team is unable to book flights. We are always happy to connect our clients with our preferred flight desk that can book flights for an additional fee.

The Ace is highly curated to your personal trip needs and our custom proposal takes into account how much support you need, the size of the group traveling, duration of the trip, complexity of logistics and how quickly you need the trip executed. Reach out to us here to learn more!

If you’re traveling somewhere that you don’t see listed in our Destinations, fill out our New Destination Form and we will try to work our magic and find you a Tastemaker ASAP.

We know that travel plans change so you can cancel your call with your Tastemaker for a full refund anytime prior to your meeting. Out of consideration to your Tastemaker, we ask that you notify us via email at least 24 hours before your scheduled call but this is a courtesy and not a requirement. You can email us with a cancellation request here.
