We offer three tiers of planning support, tailored to the scope and complexity of your trip, ensuring you receive the exact level of curation your journey deserves.

EASY LUXE

  • Easy Luxe is designed for travelers who want a seamless stay without the need for a full itinerary. Ideal for resort or all-inclusive vacations, we handle hotel selection, booking and transfers - so you can simply arrive, relax and enjoy. Every recommendation is chosen with an eye for location, atmosphere, and ease, ensuring your time away feels effortless from start to finish.

    Best for couples or families heading to one destination where the property itself is the experience - think beach resorts, villas or all-inclusive stays that don’t require advance activity planning.

    Starting at $150+ for two guests in one destination; final quote based on transfer logistics and rooming needs.

    • 2–3 curated hotel or villa options (4-star+, boutique, and luxury properties)

    • Strategic consideration of location, logistics, and overall vibe

    • Booking support through our agency with access to exclusive perks and upgrades

THE ARCHITECT

  • The Architect is ideal for travelers who want expert guidance shaping the big picture of their trip. Whether you’re choosing between destinations or fine-tuning pacing, we’ll design the framework, secure exceptional stays, and coordinate trusted transfers and tours - giving you a confident foundation and room to explore on your own.

    Best for couples or small families who want structure and strategy but prefer to fill in the lighter details like dinners and how to spend free time.

    Starting at $750 per week of travel for up to two travelers visiting 1–2 destinations.

    • Itinerary Framework - a strategic outline that maps your destinations, pacing, and key logistics to create a solid foundation for your trip

    • Curated hotel recommendations and booking of luxury, boutique, or 4-star+ properties

THE ACE

  • The Ace is our full-service planning experience for travelers who want every detail thoughtfully considered and coordinated. From pacing and accommodations to daily activities, dining, and spa experiences, we manage each layer of your itinerary - handling key reservations while leaving flexibility for you to explore at your own rhythm.

    Best for travelers seeking a highly personalized, concierge-level experience where every element of the trip - from tours and transfers to dining and relaxation - is designed to flow seamlessly.

    Starting at $1,250 per week of travel for up to two travelers visiting 1–2 destinations.

    • Comprehensive Itinerary Design - a fully built-out, day-by-day plan with all details handled

    • Curated hotel recommendations and full booking support for luxury, boutique, or 4-star+ properties.

    • Trusted private transfers or transportation solutions (airport transfers, ferries, trains, etc.)

    • Tailored activity planning, from day trips to private tours, with full booking support

    • Custom route design and pacing to fit your travel vision and interests

    • Restaurant recommendations and coordination of anchor reservations (advance or high-demand meals)

    • Spa, wellness, and experience bookings

    • Detailed itinerary notes (insider tips, optimal timing, local insight)

  • If you already know where you want to stay, we’ll handle the booking for select 4- and 5-star boutique and luxury hotels - unlocking perks, upgrades and thoughtful touches, complimentary through our agency.

  • From multigenerational vacations to social getaways and corporate retreats, we make group travel feel effortless. We’ll handle hotel sourcing, room blocks, transportation logistics, and even group airfare when needed—so you can focus on the experience, not the details.

    Fees are by custom proposal based on group size, trip complexity, and services requested.

Behind The Booking

  • Why We Charge Planning Fees

    We charge trip curation fees because each journey is deeply personal and thoughtfully tailoring it takes time, care, and expertise. These fees cover the research, insider access and behind-the-scenes work that go into creating a seamless, elevated travel experience from start to finish.

    Final travel curation fees are confirmed after our discovery call and based on total trip complexity, number of travelers and services requested.

  • Hotel Booking Policies & Minimums

    We handle hotel bookings for our clients as part of how we’re compensated for our services is through hotel commissions.

    We specialize in 4- and 5-star hotels and high-end boutique stays. Most of our clients spend $500–$1000+ per night on accommodations.

    We are unable to book award travel or points-based stays so we encourage clients to use points to book their roundtrip flights or save them for a trip they plan to book themselves.

  • What Flights We Can Book

    We are able to book business class and premium economy flights for our clients on international routes originating from the U.S.

    Domestic flights abroad (for instance, to travel around your destination or go from one country to the next) are best booked directly, although in some cases we can arrange these through our in-country partners.

  • Our Planning Timelines & Rush Fees

    Our planning process is designed to be thoughtful, collaborative, and thorough. We’re a boutique team that does high quality work. Ideally, we begin planning at least six months prior to your trip but we do accept trips starting in as few as eight weeks before your departure date.

    For trips departing in less than 8 weeks from the start of planning, a Rush Fee of $500+ will apply. This ensures dedicated time and support to meet your timeline and maintain the level of service we’re known for. Rush fees are quoted based on trip complexity and scope. Rush services are subject to our team’s capacity and may not be available.
