CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY

We want happy clients!

CANCELLATIONS

We know that travel plans change so you can cancel your call with your Tastemaker for a full refund anytime prior to your meeting. Out of consideration to your Tastemaker, we ask that you notify us via email at least 24 hours before your scheduled call but this is a courtesy and not a requirement. You can email us with a cancellation request here.

RESCHEDULES

If you need to reschedule the meeting that you booked with your Tastemaker, simply use the unique calendar link we emailed you to schedule a new time. Please note that you cannot reschedule a meeting from the calendar link within 4 hours of your meeting time. If you need to reschedule within 4 hours of your meeting time, please email us at hello@thecitrinecompass.com

NO SHOWS

Sh*t happens and we know that circumstances may arise that cause you to miss the meeting you scheduled with your Tastemaker without prior notice. Our Tastemakers offer a 10-minute grace period and after that, clients will have an opportunity to reschedule their meeting.

If a client misses a second scheduled meeting without prior notice, we will automatically cancel your order and refund the amount you paid within 5-7 business days. 

REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your experience after a meeting, we will provide a 50% refund to you. We pride ourselves in paying our Tastemakers for their services rendered but we also want happy clients. You know what they say, “Happy clients, it’s a science!”. We just made that up but it has a ring to it, wouldn’t you say?
