Trusted Travel Partners have been hand-selected by our team, have an incredible sense of taste and know their country inside and out. They are Local Tastemakers that can give the local intel and book your entire trip for you. How amazing is that?!

We have Trusted Travel Partners in countries where we feel the complexity of logistics, the exclusivity of properties or the remoteness of their destinations warrant some extra trip-planning TLC.

Think of coordinating several puddle jumper flights across the African savannah or trying to work your way up to a remote wellness lodge in the Indian Himalayas. You will now have a travel expert in your corner to organize and book those things so you don’t have to.

To work with a Trusted Travel Partner, you follow the same booking steps as usual to request your Local Tastemaker. Following your consult, our Trusted Travel Partner will put together a tailor-made itinerary and proposal for your trip.

Should you choose to book your trip with your Trusted Travel Partner, you can accept their proposal and let them do the heavy lifting!

Please note that our Trusted Travel Partners work exclusively with clients to create itineraries and manage the bookings; they do not provides services for The Architect or The Maven. All bookings and reservations are handled directly with your Trusted Travel Partner and their local agency.

Trusted Travel Partners will manage bookings and logistics in your destination, soup to nuts. They will put together a curated itinerary for you following your meeting that leans towards luxury and covers hotels and accommodations, excursions, experiences and transfers. Some TTP are able to book airfare and some are not, so be sure to inquire directly.

Please note that depending on where you are traveling, some TTP are able to book a villa for you but they are unfortunately not able to book short-term rentals like Airbnb and VRBO.

When working with a Trusted Travel Partner, there is $350 charge that covers your initial consultation as well as your curated itinerary. A typical TTP will allow multiple revisions to edit your curated itinerary to perfection.

Clients itineraries vary based on the length and detail of your trip. Each itinerary proposal put together by a TPP is unique based on budget and preferences, so the total cost of your trip will vary and be provided directly by your Trusted Travel Partner.

TTP’s are part of a locally-owned agency and have special relationships and rates within their local marketplace, for this reason they do not provide a line item breakdown of cost per stay or activity in your proposal.

The total trip proposal is a lump sum covering all of your trip (except any meals not listed) and you are also paying a premium for the expertise, trip planning execution and on-site help should anything go wrong during your trip. Should you choose to accept your proposal, your TTP handles everything from there!
